What an adventure we had in Europe over the past 2 weeks! It was very different from our previous ones (more baggage I suppose?) and to know that you're physically standing in the presence of art and architectural masterpieces of Europe, makes you wonder if you're REALLY standing there or was it just a dream. A dream it sure was because the past two weeks went by so quickly that it almost felt like we weren't even there, besides the remnants of wonderful memories and a collection of 1,810 images.
There is just SO much history in Europe - in every corner, every street, every building, every sign and almost every shop! Especially London. Bunny and I love London so much! To sum it up, we didn't quite like Brussels because the people there were kind of dodgy (a lot of wogs); Amsterdam was very chill and quite nice. Paris was ok as well but I think it's overrated. Shopping in London was the best and Paris was just too expensive with all its designer boutiques. Food was great in London because we absolutely loved the pub food there but the city itself had limited number of cuisines. We found it quite difficult to have a good meal in Paris because first of all, we don't know what the menu was offering and by the time we were there, we were quite sick of Western food, bread and pastries.
I was keeping my eyes peeled for celebrities or such but didn't see anyone remotely familiar but we did spot many Agyness look-alikes.
Since it was such a huge trip, I shall divide my entries by days.
