I tend to forget and must remember to:

Think positive things.
Think happy thoughts.

I actually have to remind myself to be happy.

I dont think it's wrong somewhere. I do believe humans do things out of habit. One has to remind n make it a habit to see the positive. To see one scenario in different angles n choose how one wants to perceive it. Sometimes, It is neither right nor wrong; just a matter of perspective. And it doesn't mean one is in denial. If choosing the positive perspective/angle takes one further due to hope or positive thinking/powers of the human mind. What have we got to lose?? It's all a matter of our choice. On how we want to perceive things. The most cliche example of e glass being half empty or half full. It's makes one happier that it's full rather than empty. N happiness goes a long way. Hold on to it in anyways u can.
It can be as simple as thank god I'm able to feel pain or emptiness. Which means I'm aware of myself n can do something about it rather than ppl who r ignorant or can't do anything about themselves.
Or!! To come across a ladybug n it's absolutely adorable n u don't care what happened to u that day.
Or to have flashback of pleasant memories n glad u ve experienced it.
Anything. Anything that can make u smile even in e inside.
